The printing cost calculator works out the total cost of printing from the page count and the cost of paper and ink per page. It shows what printing a document or project really costs.
How the calculator works and what it’s for▾
How the cost is calculated
The cost per page is the ink cost plus the paper cost for one page, and the total cost is that sum multiplied by the number of pages.
For example, if a page costs 5 cents and there are 200 pages, the total comes to 10 euros.

Good to know
Inkjet ink often costs around 3–6 cents per page and laser 1–3 cents per page. Colour images and high coverage push the price up.
The calculator gives an indicative estimate. The real cost is also affected by maintenance, waste and double-sided printing.
