How the calculator works
Pace, time and distance are linked by a simple relationship: pace is time divided by distance. When you provide two of them, the calculator derives the third automatically.
For example, from a given distance and target time you can find out what per-kilometre pace is required.

You enter two of the three values, distance, time or pace, and the calculator returns the missing one. The result is shown clearly, for instance as pace per kilometre or as total time.
